Manav Infra Projects Ltd. has announced a board meeting, where the Capital Raising Committee approved a rights issue of 68,36,000 equity shares at an issue price of ₹11.00 each, raising a total of ₹7.52 crore. The record date for the rights issue is February 28, 2025, with the rights issue opening on March 12, 2025, and closing on March 24, 2025. Eligible shareholders will receive one rights share for each share held. Based on full subscription, the total outstanding equity shares will increase to 1,36,72,000.
