Gabriel India Limited has entered a Technical Assistance Agreement with Tractive Suspension BV, enhancing its capabilities in suspension technology for the Indian automotive market. This international partnership allows GIL exclusive rights to manufacture, sell, and distribute suspension products in India, leveraging TracTive’s proprietary technology and expertise. The agreement entails a lump-sum fee and royalties for TracTive, which is expected to boost GIL’s product innovation and market position significantly.

With an annual turnover of ₹34,220 crore for FY 2023-24, and TracTive’s turnover of €8 million, this collaboration underscores GIL's commitment to localized manufacturing and engineering excellence.
