Brigade Group is set to invest ₹ 1,500 crore in Kerala, poised to create over 12,000 jobs in the next five years. The investment, submitted as an Expression of Interest (EOI) at the Invest Kerala Global Summit, aims to support the establishment of a second World Trade Center (WTC) and additional projects including a residential development in Kochi and a Luxury Island resort at Vaikom, with expected completion by 2030. This follows a recent Memorandum of Understanding with Technopark to develop a WTC in Thiruvananthapuram, reflecting Brigade’s strategic focus on expanding its footprint in Kerala’s promising sectors such as commercial, IT, hospitality, and residential real estate.
