Optiemus Infracom Limited will acquire an additional 2.38 crore equity shares of its subsidiary, Bharat Innovative Glass Technologies Private Limited (BIGTech), for a total cash consideration of ₹23.80 crore (Cr). This investment is aimed at supporting BIGTech's manufacturing facility and enhancing brand value, maintaining a 70% stake in the venture. The transaction is expected to be completed by March 31, 2025, and will bolster Optiemus's position in the manufacturing sector for next-generation mobile glass applications.
