The Board of Directors of Can Fin Homes Limited has approved the selection of IBM India Private Limited as the System Integrator for the supply, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive Core Business Solution, including critical infrastructure and security solutions. The contract, valued at Rs. 296.95 Crore, spans seven years, involving 12 months of implementation followed by three months of warranty and nearly six years of support and maintenance services. This initiative aims to enhance operational efficiency through advanced technologies such as Loan Origination and Management Systems, Accounting, Risk Management, and Cyber Security, among others.
