In the latest financial results, the company reported total income of ₹1,744.71 million for the quarter, a significant year-on-year increase from ₹1,236.73 million. Revenue from operations was ₹1,745.08 million, up from ₹1,234.19 million in the same quarter last year. Total expenses amounted to ₹1,729.32 million, resulting in a profit before tax of ₹15.39 million compared to ₹96.14 million a year ago. The profit for the period was ₹11.79 million, down from ₹77.29 million the previous year.
The company has adjusted previous financial results to rectify material errors, causing restatements for the nine months ended December 31, 2023. With an eye on future growth, the company announced plans to establish its wholly-owned subsidiary, DCGL Industries Limited, ensuring further strategic expansion.
