Delta Corp Limited — Updates, 20-02-2025: Press Release

Delta Corp Limited and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Deltatech Gaming Limited (DGL), have entered into agreements with Head Digital Works Private Limited (HDW) for a significant transaction. Initially, HDW will acquire 51% of DGL, which operates the online poker platform Adda52. Following this, DGL is expected to merge with HDW. Upon completion of the merger, Delta Corp will hold approximately 5.7% of HDW, which operates the well-known online rummy and poker brand ‘A23’.

This transaction has a total valuation of around INR 491 Crore and is subject to customary conditions, including shareholder approval. The move aligns with Delta Corp's strategy to enhance its presence in the online gaming sector while capturing a leadership stake in HDW, which boasts a robust user base of over 75 million for its rummy platform. As the online gaming landscape evolves, this transaction is anticipated to bolster both companies' market positions.
