The board has approved the appointment of Dr. Vrajesh Udani as an Additional Non-executive Non-independent Director effective from 10th March 2025. This follows the completion of his five-year term as Non-executive Independent Director, which ends on 9th March 2025. His new role will be subject to shareholder approval, and he will be liable to retire by rotation. Dr. Udani is a renowned paediatric neurologist with extensive experience in child neurology and epilepsy consultancy.
