Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has announced a board meeting where it approved the company’s participation in the proposed rights issues of its subsidiaries, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. (MMFSL) for up to ₹3,000 Cr and Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd. (MLDL) for up to ₹1,500 Cr. The company plans to fully subscribe to its rights entitlements and any unsubscribed portions of the issues.
