Zota Health Care Limited's Board has approved the preferential allotment of 7,52,500 equity shares at an issue price of ₹820 per share, raising a total of ₹61.70 Cr from non-promoter group investors. Additionally, 7,52,500 fully convertible warrants were allotted, each convertible into equity within 18 months at the same price, with an upfront payment of 25%. Due to non-subscription from one allottee, the total warrants available were reduced by 3,97,500. The company's paid-up equity capital increased to ₹28.63 Cr following this allotment.
