Tata Steel Limited — JV/Acquisition, 20-02-2025: Acquisition

Tata Steel Limited has acquired 191,08,28,025 ordinary equity shares (face value USD 0.157 each) in T Steel Holdings Pte. Ltd for a total of USD 300 million (₹2,603.16 Cr). Following this acquisition, T Steel Holdings will remain a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Steel.
