360 ONE WAM LIMITED — Board Meeting, 20-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of 360 ONE WAM LIMITED has approved a revision in the issuance price of 1,00,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares from ₹1,174.13 to ₹1,174.76 per share and 33,33,333 warrants from ₹1,174.13 to ₹1,174.76 per warrant. The total consideration for the acquisition of Batlivala & Karani Securities India Private Limited remains unchanged at ₹1,774.24 Cr. Additionally, the Board has executed amendment agreements to reflect these pricing updates, which will be presented in the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for February 25, 2025.
