The Board has announced a board meeting outcome, approving the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for shareholder approval on March 18, 2025. The cut-off date for determining member eligibility to vote at the EGM is set for February 15, 2025. Additionally, Mr. Ram Parvesh Yadav has been appointed as the Scrutinizer for the voting process at the EGM.
