Kalyani Strategic Systems Ltd (KSSL), a subsidiary of Bharat Forge, has signed a Letter of Intent with AM General for the supply of advanced artillery cannons to the U.S. This significant milestone marks the inaugural supply of cannons from an Indian defense manufacturer to the United States, reflecting the strengthening defense ties between the two nations. KSSL's collaboration with AM General aims to co-develop next-generation artillery solutions, including mounted, towed, and ultra-light gun systems in multiple calibers.
