Arkade Developers Limited has registered a development agreement for the Nutan Ayojan project in Malad West, targeting a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹740 crore. Spanning 6,858.90 square meters, the project features a total saleable RERA carpet area of about 233,000 square feet, comprising luxury 2 and 3 BHK apartments. It will include two basements, four podium parking levels, an eco-deck, and 32 residential floors, aiming to deliver a modern lifestyle in a trusted community setting.

The project will provide 408 homes, with around 215 units available for sale, thereby expanding Arkade's portfolio in Mumbai's booming real estate market. This endeavor aligns with the company’s strategy of capitalizing on high-growth micro-markets through redevelopment and strategic asset acquisitions.
