Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement for its new property, Red Fox by Lemon Tree Hotels, in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The hotel, to be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels, is set to begin operations in FY 2027. It will feature 46 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a meeting room, a bar, and other public areas. Strategically located, the hotel is approximately 17 km from Raja Bhoj Airport and 6 km from Bhopal Railway Station, with good road connectivity.

This expansion aligns with Lemon Tree's commitment to enhancing its footprint in Madhya Pradesh, where it already operates four hotels and has three more in development. This growth strategy is poised to strengthen the company's presence in India’s vibrant hospitality market, creating potential for increased revenue and enhancing shareholder value.
