A Letter of Acceptance has been received from Rail Infrastructure Development Company (Karnataka) Limited (K-RIDE) for the construction of nine stations as part of the Bengaluru Suburban Rail Project (BSRP). This project includes both elevated and at-grade structures, with a total project cost of ₹554.46 crore. The execution is expected within 24 months. RVNL holds a 51% stake in this joint venture, partnering with Rithwik Projects Pvt. Ltd. (RPPL) for the remaining 49%.
