QMS Medical Allied Services reported a significant 41.8% increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 3.46 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, driven by entry into a new business segment supplying hospitals and the acquisition of a 51% stake in Saarathi Healthcare. The company’s consolidated operating income also rose by 24.5% to Rs 44.06 crore, while EBITDA grew 43.1% to Rs 7.14 crore. For the nine-month period, consolidated operating income grew 24.3% to Rs 112.06 crore, although EBITDA declined to Rs 19.66 crore due to a one-time marketing expense.
The company's board has approved a rights issue to raise approximately Rs 49 crore, aimed at increasing its stake in Saarathi Healthcare to 100%.
