The Board of Vaxtex Cotfab Limited has approved the appointment of Ms. Hardika Ladha as an Additional Independent Director effective immediately. The board has also reconstituted the Audit Committee, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee following the resignation of Ms. Ziral Pankajkumar Soni. Ms. Ladha will chair the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, with her term extending until the forthcoming Extra-Ordinary General Meeting and subsequently regularized for five years.
