Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited has entered into an Operations and Management Agreement with Ushahkal Abhinav Speciality Hospital LLP, covering an initial term of 7 years with a possibility of a 3-year extension. This partnership allows KIMS to exclusively manage and operate the UAIMS Hospital in Sangli, Maharashtra, which currently has a capacity of 316 beds and can expand to over 500 beds.

KIMS will receive a revenue fee of 9% of the total Net Revenue generated by UAIMS, enhancing operational efficiency and service quality under the “KIMS-UAIMS” brand. This strategic agreement not only aims to improve the hospital's management but also boosts KIMS' brand presence in Maharashtra, offering a potential growth path for investors. The collaboration illustrates KIMS' commitment to expanding its footprint in the healthcare sector while leveraging its operational strengths to drive revenue.
