The Bank has successfully received bids amounting to Rs. 2362 crore for its Long Term Infra Bonds issued through private placement. Of these, the Bank has accepted bids totaling Rs. 1612 crore, which includes a base issue of Rs. 500 crore and a green shoe option of up to Rs. 1112 crore, at a coupon rate of 7.70%. The bonds are classified as non-convertible, taxable, and rated "CARE AA+/Stable" by CARE Ratings, as well as "ICRA AA+/Stable" by ICRA Limited. They will be listed on the BSE's Wholesale Debt Market segment and have a maturity period of 120 months from the deemed date of allotment. Investors should note the robust demand for these bonds and the stable ratings, implying a positive outlook for the bank's future fundraising initiatives.
