Dilip Buildcon Limited has reached an amicable settlement concerning claims with DBL Bangalore Nidagatta Highways Private Limited (DBNHPL) related to their EPC contract for the Bangalore-Nidagatta highway project. A Conciliation Committee of Independent Experts facilitated the resolution of disputes, including delays in Right of Way, additional costs during construction, changes in law, and tax issues.

The settlement amounts to Rs. 98.30 Crores, of which Rs. 91.25 Crores pertains to DBL's claims. The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is expected to disburse this amount to DBNHPL within 30 days, providing a positive outlook for DBL as it resolves outstanding claims and reinforces its position in ongoing projects.
