Paisalo Digital Limited — Important, 15-02-2025: General Updates

The floor price for the equity shares of Paisalo Digital Ltd has been updated from Rs. 45.33 to Rs. 45.74. This adjustment follows suggestions from the Stock Exchanges. As a result, the allotment of equity shares upon conversion of the 7.5% FCCBs due 2029 has been corrected: the number of shares will now be 37,01,792 instead of 37,35,274.
