DHARAN INFRA-EPC LIMITED — Dividend/Bonus, 15-02-2025: Bonus

The Board has approved a bonus issue of shares in a 1:1 ratio, granting one new equity share for every share held, pending shareholder approval. The Record Date for eligibility will be announced later. The company plans to increase its authorized capital and change its name from KBC Global Limited to Dharan Infra-EPC Limited.
