Zen Technologies has approved the acquisition of 100% stakes in Applied Research International Private Limited (ARIPL) and ARI Labs Private Limited (ALPL) for a cash consideration of ₹127.5 crores and ₹2.5 crores, respectively. This strategic move aims to enhance capabilities in simulation technologies relevant to the defence sector, allowing for innovation in product offerings. Additionally, Zen will acquire 45.33% of Bhairav Robotics for approximately ₹4 crores and 51% of Vector Technics for around ₹25 crores, further establishing its presence in robotics and aerospace components. These acquisitions position Zen for growth and diversification in complementary markets, potentially unlocking significant shareholder value.
