C & C Constructions Limited — Board Meeting, 14-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the nine months ended December 31, 2024, reporting a loss of ₹27.62 Cr. They also acknowledged the audited financial statements for the period from April 1, 2024, to December 27, 2024, as provided by the Liquidator. Additionally, M/s Deepti & Associates has been appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for FY 2024-25. Several new appointments to the Board were made, including Ms. Gurpreet Kaur as an Independent Director and Ms. Avneet Luthra and Ms. Simran Sehgal as Non-Executive Directors, all effective immediately. Mr. Hitesh Kumar has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer starting February 15, 2025.
