Kajaria Ceramics Limited — JV/Acquisition, 14-02-2025: Acquisition

Pursuant to the provisions of the Listing Regulations and in continuation of our letter dated February 4, 2025, we wish to inform you that the Company has acquired 75% equity shares (i.e. 7,500 equity shares) of Kajaria Adhesive Private Limited ( KAPL ) today and consequently, KAPL has become a subsidiary of the Company.Details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations are given in Annexure-A.
