The Board has approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Standalone revenue from operations reached ₹946.36 Cr, with a profit of ₹228.58 Cr for the period. A special interim dividend of ₹203.29 Cr was declared, amounting to ₹12 per equity share.
