GRM Overseas has reported solid financial performance for Q3FY25, with total revenue reaching ₹382 Crores, reflecting a robust 19% growth quarter-on-quarter (QoQ). The company’s EBITDA stood at ₹23 Crores, up 47% QoQ, while PAT increased by 47% to ₹14 Crores. For the nine-month period, total revenue rose 16.2% year-on-year to ₹1,077.7 Crores, with EBITDA of ₹67.8 Crores and PAT of ₹40.8 Crores.
The company is strategically diversifying into the FMCG sector through its new platform, 10X Ventures, with an initial investment of ₹200 Crores aimed at digital-first brands. Additionally, GRM has appointed Salman Khan as its brand ambassador to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The appointment of Barun Prabhakar as Group CMO is expected to drive marketing initiatives across domestic and international markets.
Notably, GRM is expanding its global footprint with agreements in Georgia, Chile, and Morocco, along with receiving orders from Oman and Yemen.
