CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has been selected as the highest bidder for a 90% stake in BTW-Atlanta Transformers India Private Limited, with a bid value of approximately INR 165 crores (RMB 136,820,000). BTW India specializes in manufacturing transformers and reactors, boasting a capacity of 12,000 MVA. The acquisition is contingent on the waiver of the right of first refusal by a minority shareholder and compliance with bid terms.
