The Board of Directors of Sri Havisha Hospitality and Infrastructure Limited has approved the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2024, which showed a loss of ₹0.77 Cr. Revenue for the quarter was ₹42.09 Cr, with total income at ₹42.09 Cr. The board also authorized the Managing Director, Mr. Venkat Manohar Dontamsetti, for the sale or development of a 27.78-acre land property in Kakinada. Additionally, Mr. Sivaiah Palla has been appointed as the whole-time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately.
