Allcargo Logistics has reported notable growth in its Q3 FY25 results, with consolidated revenue reaching ₹4,106 Cr, marking a 28% increase year-on-year. The consolidated EBITDA stands at ₹138 Cr, up 24% compared to the previous year.

In terms of operational performance, the Less than Container Load (LCL) volume increased by 2% to 2.20 million CBM, while the Full Container Load (FCL) volume grew 11% to 170,000 TEUs. Year-to-date, LCL volume is up 2% and FCL volume is up 9%. Air freight volumes also saw a 5% rise, totaling 8.14 million kilos for the quarter, with a significant 23% growth year-to-date.

The Contract Logistics segment performed exceptionally well, with a 62% year-on-year revenue increase, driven by new client acquisitions and expanded services to existing clients. Meanwhile, the Express Business reported a substantial 215% rise in Q3 EBITDA, the highest volume ever recorded for this segment.

The company is also moving forward with a strategic demerger, which includes separating its International Supply Chain business into a new entity. This restructuring is expected to enhance its operational focus and market position, indicating a positive outlook for Allcargo and its subsidiaries.
