Zota Health Care Limited has approved the allotment of 88,407 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each, following the conversion of fully convertible warrants issued through a preferential allotment. The shares were allotted at an issue price of ₹509 each, generating around ₹3.37 crore. This increase brings the company's paid-up capital to ₹27.88 crore, consisting of 2,78,82,533 equity shares. The allotment was made to two non-promoter investors, Ramgopal Investment and Trading Company Private Limited and Raghav Bahl, enhancing the company's equity base. The remaining outstanding warrants now total 21,69,924.
