Renaissance Global Limited has released its financial results for the third quarter (Q3) and nine months (9M) of FY25, demonstrating robust growth. In Q3 FY25, total income from continuing operations increased by 18.3% to ₹710.1 crore, with customer brands seeing a significant revenue boost of 34.2%, reaching ₹480.3 crore. For 9M FY25, total income was ₹1,473.8 crore, marking a 6.6% rise, and adjusted PAT stood at ₹66.8 crore, up by 27.1%. Significant cash and investments increased by ₹151 crore quarter-over-quarter, while net debt reduced by ₹140 crore, reflecting a strengthened balance sheet.

Strategically, the company has launched WithClarity.in, offering customizable lab-grown diamond jewellery, and completed a successful test phase for its Enchanted Star collection. A strategic minority investment in Jean Dousset Jewelry LLC aligns with its focus on sustainable luxury.
