KNR Constructions Limited received Letters of Acceptance for two significant irrigation projects in Telangana, with a combined bid cost of Rs. 5,261.7 million. The projects include a 24-month contract for the Sitarama Lift Irrigation Project and the Paleru Link Canal, with completion timelines extending into 2026. Additionally, the company disclosed an arbitration claim from Patel KNR Heavy Infrastructures, including Rs. 355.7 million in revenue and Rs. 1,035.4 million categorized as other income in Q3 FY25, which has bolstered overall financial performance.

For Q3 FY25, total standalone revenue decreased by 18% to Rs. 7,435 million compared to Q3 FY24. However, EBITDA showed a slight increase of 3% to Rs. 1,516 million, reflecting improved efficiency with EBITDA margins rising to 20.4%, up 410 bps year-on-year. PAT rose significantly by 113% to Rs. 1,822 million.

The company’s consolidated financial results also reflected challenges, with total revenue at Rs. 8,481 million, down 15% year-on-year, though PAT surged by 83% to Rs. 2,483 million, indicating a potential upside for shareholders. Overall, KNR Constructions demonstrates resilience and strategic positioning within the infrastructure sector, showcasing positive margins and an expanding contract portfolio.
