Nagreeka Exports Limited — Board Meeting, 13-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. During this period, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹41.39 crore and a net profit of ₹3.39 crore after tax. Additionally, the board appointed Mrs. Monika Kedia as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective immediately.
