BSL Limited — Board Meeting, 13-02-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of BSL Ltd. has approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹169.91 Cr, while the nine-month total income was ₹178.08 Cr. The company reported a profit before tax of ₹3.94 Cr for the quarter, with net profit after tax at ₹3.04 Cr. The limited review report by statutory auditors was also noted at the meeting. Trading for directors and key managerial personnel will resume on 16th February 2025.
