This plant, which focuses on agricultural implements, contributes a minimal 0.1% to the consolidated turnover and 0.8% to the consolidated net worth of the holding company as of March 31, 2024. The closure aligns with the group’s strategy to concentrate on core products, particularly springs, suspension systems, and other forthcoming offerings.
