TCS will deploy its AI-powered ignio™ platform, which is designed to facilitate automation, sustain business continuity, and improve IT system reliability.

As part of this strategic initiative, TCS will provide a range of digital services including service desk support, cloud services, and enhanced digital experiences for UPM’s 15,800 employees. This partnership underscores TCS’s commitment to driving innovation and growth for UPM, a leader in sustainable solutions with an annual turnover of approximately EUR 10.3 billion.
