Fedbank Financial Services Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 13-02-2025: Allotment of Securities

Fedbank Financial Services has allotted 27,499 equity shares at a face value of ₹10 each following the exercise of employee stock options under its Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018. This increases the paid-up share capital from ₹372.67 crore to ₹372.70 crore, now representing 37,26,95,854 equity shares. The newly allotted shares will rank equally with the existing equity shares, and the company is finalizing the listing process for these shares.
