The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Foods & Inns has allotted 2,96,090 equity shares with a face value of ₹1 each at an issue price of ₹54 per share to eligible employees who exercised stock options under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2021. This allotment increases the paid-up equity share capital to ₹7,31,18,534, comprising 7,34,14,624 equity shares. No shares were allotted to the Directors of the company.
