DCW Limited plans to merge with Dhrangadhara Trading Company Private Limited (DTCPL) and Sahu Brothers Private Limited (SBPL) through a Scheme of Amalgamation. The merger aims to streamline the promoter group's shareholding and strengthen their engagement with DCW, which operates in the chemicals sector. Following the amalgamation, DCW will issue 12,80,500 shares to DTCPL shareholders and 5,24,59,860 shares to SBPL shareholders based on their existing shareholdings.
