The Board of Directors has approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Total income for the period stands at Rs. 7,003.9 million, with a net profit after tax of Rs. 691.4 million. In a related decision, 64,000 warrants were converted into equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 1,700 per share, raising Rs. 816 million. Post-allotment, the company’s paid-up capital has increased to Rs. 2,043.11 million, comprising 20,431,110 equity shares of Rs. 10 face value each.
