Veranda Learning Solutions Limited has decided to withdraw from its acquisition arrangements with the Sreedhar CCE Group, including the cessation of operations under the brands "Sreedhar’s CCE" and "Sreedhar’s College for Competitive Exams." This decision follows challenges in collaboration and an unsustainable expense structure, prompting Sreedhar CCE Learning Solutions Private Limited (SLSPL) to execute a full and final settlement with the Sreedhar CCE Group. SLSPL has only made a partial payment of ₹1.86 crores for the acquisition thus far and will not incur any further financial obligations under the business transfer agreements. The company believes this disengagement will ultimately allow for enhanced strategic flexibility, positioning it for potential growth in the competitive education sector.
