Valor Estate Limited reported its Q3 FY25 financial results, showcasing a notable recovery trajectory. Revenue from operations showed positive momentum, reaching INR 329.51 crore, compared to INR 142.80 crore in Q3 FY24. This marks a significant rebound from the previous quarter's INR 79.05 crore. The company managed to narrow its EBITDA loss significantly to INR 27.33 crore from a loss of INR 147.40 crore in the prior quarter, indicating improved operational efficiency.

The net profit after tax (PAT) swung back to a profit of INR 7.92 crore from a loss in Q2 FY25, while the EPS rebounded to INR 0.08. Key strategic initiatives included the refinancing of loans via listed NCDs and advancements in project completions, notably at Ten BKC, which is set for mid-2025 delivery. The company is undergoing a demerger of its hospitality business, with a National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) meeting planned soon. Valued at a low debt-to-equity ratio of 0.32, Valor Estate is well-positioned for future growth and presents a positive outlook for investors eyeing long-term investments in the MMR real estate market.
