Valor Estate Limited has reported its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024. Consolidated revenue reached ₹329.50 cr, a significant increase from ₹79.05 cr in the previous quarter and ₹142.80 cr a year ago. The real estate segment generated ₹219.21 cr, compared to just ₹3.48 cr last quarter and ₹47.00 cr in Q3FY24, marking a strong recovery. EBITDA stood at ₹27.33 cr, rebounding from a negative figure, while the hospitality sector delivered ₹110.29 cr with an EBITDA of ₹37.95 cr.
The TEN BKC project is nearing completion, with a partial occupancy certificate obtained, and is expected to be delivered by mid-2025. The company is executing a strategic divestment of non-core assets worth ₹260 cr to strengthen its core real estate business. Following the demerger of its hospitality arm, which has been admitted by regulatory authorities, Valor aims to enhance shareholder value while continuing to reduce its debt, currently at ₹1,540 cr.
