Revenue from operations for the quarter ending December 31, 2024, stood at ₹457.33 crore, reflecting a year-over-year increase of approximately 17.83% compared to ₹388.91 crore for the same quarter last year. This growth can be attributed to a rise in interest income and rental income alongside effective fee and commission strategies, indicating positive demand dynamics and operational enhancements.

Net profit for the quarter was reported at ₹184.89 crore, a significant increase from a loss of ₹39.32 crore in the previous year, translating to an Earnings Per Share (EPS) of ₹0.71. The notable improvement in profitability is largely due to enhanced revenue generation and better cost management, despite considerable finance costs, which totaled ₹139.80 crore during the quarter.

Operational costs increased by about 9.79% year-over-year, primarily driven by personnel expenses, reflecting ongoing investments in workforce development while maintaining overall expense discipline.

On the balance sheet, total assets grew alongside revenue, signifying a stable financial position, although the Capital Risk Adequacy Ratio (CRAR) remains concerning at -54.10%, necessitating focus on capital management strategies to improve stability.

Strategically, the company appears to be prioritizing restructuring and cost efficiency initiatives, aiming for a more consolidated operational approach post-approval for the "Consolidation of IFCI Group."

Given the robust revenue growth and improving profitability, while monitoring cost control and capital adequacy, a buy insight appears justified as the stock reflects potential upside amid current developments and market dynamics.
