ECOS (India) Mobility & Hospitality Limited reported robust operational revenue growth of approximately 23% year-over-year in the third quarter and 17.72% for the nine months ending December 2024. Q3 FY25 total revenue reached ₹1,697.94 Mn, up from ₹1,388.91 Mn in Q3 FY24, driven by strong performance in Chauffeur Car Rentals and Employee Transport Solutions. However, EBITDA increased marginally to ₹216.14 Mn, with the EBITDA margin declining to 12.85%, attributed to higher one-time operating and indirect costs.

Profit after Tax (PAT) fell by 9.68% to ₹127.77 Mn in Q3 FY25, reflecting increased depreciation from new fleet additions and higher expenses. For the nine-month period, PAT stood at ₹420.30 Mn, down 5.68% from the previous year. The management remains optimistic about demand growth, having onboarded 130 new clients in the past nine months, and is focused on enhancing service quality through technology and fleet expansion. Overall, the company shows a positive outlook, albeit with challenges from increased competition.
