Ms. Priyanka Agarwal, Mr. Vihaan Agarwal, and Master Nav Agarwal of the promoter group have declared acquisitions of shares in TCI Express Limited.

Priyanka Agarwal has increased her holding by acquiring 1,00,000 shares, bringing her total to 8,72,604 shares (2.274% of the total voting capital). Vihaan Agarwal acquired 50,000 shares, boosting his holdings to 2,22,166 shares (0.579%). Similarly, Master Nav Agarwal's acquisition of 50,000 shares also raised his ownership to 2,22,166 shares (0.579%). All acquisitions were made through inter se transfers by way of gifts.
