Bharat Forge Limited reported consolidated revenue of ₹3,476 Crore and an EBITDA of ₹638 Crore for Q3 FY25, reflecting a decrease of 10% and 5% respectively, largely due to challenging economic conditions in Europe, which impacted both European operations and exports. The company has secured new orders valued at ₹830 Crore across various sectors during the quarter. In the defence sector, revenues were ₹337 Crore, and the executable order book as of the end of December stood at ₹5,706 Crore after new wins worth ₹97 Crore in Q3.

In aerospace, a new investment has been approved to set up a state-of-the-art machining line, which is expected to become operational by FY2027 to meet the growing demand for jet engine components. Looking ahead, the company anticipates stable consolidated performance in Q4 FY25, as emerging strengths from newer business areas could offset the global automotive sector slowdown. Challenges remain in European markets, warranting close monitoring for potential impacts on financial stability.
